My Workflow for Crafting Prompts to Guide My Image Generative AI

I will resume this when Midjourney releases their new model…

Before that, this is a record organizing my workflow for creating prompts for image generation AIs.

Up until now, I have been making prompts somewhat intuitively.

However, it’s said that long prompts containing many words with little impact are not ideal for image generation AIs.

I myself have felt that having many low impact words in prompts leads to lack of visibility and extremely poor maintainability…

I slightly felt that the disadvantages like these outweigh the benefits.

While continuing my self-taught approach, I want to try long-term experiments to see the extent of expression possible with a concise image generation AI prompt creation workflow.

Step 0. Consider what elements to combine as words to create a simple design expression

The following will be examples executing the workflow. I will show the results all at once, so I would greatly appreciate you taking a look.

Important tokens/Midjourney (/short) command

This zone utilizes Midjourney, an image generative AI service, to append analytical results to prompts in order to study them. I’m considering tweaking the prompts by removing seemingly unnecessary words that were generated.

It would be ideal if I could implement this as part of the prompt, but for now I’m managing by making the changes after the fact.
